The essentials
A direct line
You talk to the person who manages your property — not a call center, not a rotating account rep.
Documented money
Income and expenses itemized on your monthly statement, with receipts for expenses.
Bilingual handling
Tenants and vendors handled in English or Spanish — useful in California, essential in Michoacán.
A simple flat fee
One monthly fee, quoted after the initial walk-through. You'll know it before you sign anything.
How reporting works
Each month you get a statement by email: income recorded, expenses paid with receipts attached, maintenance completed, and anything coming up that needs a decision from you. At year end, you get totals organized for tax preparation. If something urgent happens mid-month, you hear about it then — not in the report.

Intro & walk-through
We talk about your goals, visit the property, and quote your flat monthly fee.
Handover
Keys, the current lease, tenant contacts, and any vendor history — we collect it all.
We take over
From an agreed start date, vendors and day-to-day tenant questions come to us. Your first report arrives the following month.

- What does it cost?
- A flat monthly fee, quoted after the initial walk-through. The number depends on the property and what it needs — you'll have it in writing before committing to anything.
- What kinds of property do you take on?
- Single-family homes, warehouses, and agricultural land — we manage each of those in our own portfolio. Something else? Ask — it depends on the property.
- Do you work outside your four regions?
- Our regions are the SF Bay Area, Southern California, Central Texas, and Michoacán. If your property is near one of them, ask — it depends on the property.
- ¿Hablan español?
- Sí. Service is bilingual English/Spanish in every region, for owners and tenants alike.
- How do I start?
